Serbian players to be awarded government prize money for winning Olympic bronze medal

Serbian players will each receive €60,000 for their bronze medal win at the Paris Olympics, as announced by the Government of the Republic of Serbia. This award also extends to head coach Svetislav Pesic.

In contrast, members of the Serbian men’s water polo team, who secured a gold medal, will each receive €200,000. Their coach will receive the same amount.

In their sixth Olympic appearance, Serbia achieved a total of three gold medals, one silver, and one bronze.
